Privacy policy

Privacy statement of the 1-Net-Versand GmbH & Co. KG

We attach great importance to the protection of your data and the protection of your privacy. Below we therefore inform you about the collection and use of personal data when using our website.

Anonymous data collection

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information. We do not store any personal data in this context. In order to improve our offer, we only evaluate statistical data that do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about your person.

Disclosure of personal data

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent.

Cookies

Our Internet pages use so-called cookies in several places. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, effective and secure. Furthermore, cookies enable our systems to recognize your browser and offer you services. Cookies do not contain any personal data.

Use of Google Adwords conversion tracking

We use the online advertising program “Google AdWords” and, as part of Google AdWords, conversion tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie for conversion tracking is stored on your computer. These cookies have a limited validity, do not contain any personal data and are therefore not used for personal identification.

If you visit certain web pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to this page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. Thus, there is no way that cookies can be tracked across AdWords customers’ websites. The information obtained using the conversion cookie is used to create conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking.

Here, customers learn the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to identify users personally. If you do not wish to participate in the tracking, you can object to this use by preventing the installation of cookies through a corresponding setting in your browser software (deactivation option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics.

You can find further information and Google’s privacy policy at: http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/

Use of Facebook plug-ins

On these Internet pages, plug-ins of the social network facebook.com are used, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook” ). When you call up Internet pages of our website that are provided with such a plug-in, a connection is established to the Facebook servers and the plug-in is displayed on the Internet page by informing your browser. This transmits to the Facebook server which of our Internet pages you have visited.

If you are logged in as a Facebook member, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When using the plug-in functions (e.g. clicking the “Like” button, submitting a comment), this information is also assigned to your Facebook account, which you can only prevent by logging out before using the plug-in. If you do not want Facebook to assign the collected information directly to your Facebook profile, you must either log out of Facebook before visiting our site or block the loading of Facebook plug-ins on our websites by using a “Facebook blocker”.

For more information about the collection and use of data by Facebook, about your rights in this regard and options for protecting your privacy, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/policy.php

Also in the case of interactions that are possible with the various Google plugins, the corresponding information about you is collected and transmitted to Google and stored. You can see an overview of the different types of Google plugins here: https://developers.google.com/+/plugins

If you have made your profile publicly available in the Google Plus settings, your “+1” can be displayed by Google as notices together with your profile name and your photo in Google services, such as in search results or in your Google profile, or in other places on websites and ads on the Internet. If you do not want Google to assign the collected information directly to your Google Plus profile, you must log out of Google Plus before visiting our site.
